Today is about DIGITAL SKETCH DAY! My goal today is to do sketches for as many people as I can, because I can't offer infinite extreme editions and I want to thank people for having read the comic for so many years. The sketches are completely free! The best way you can thank me is by sharing a link to the campaign: bit.ly/WTalent :)
I will be starting from NOW, there will be a mid-day break around 1pm PST where I go eat some lunch and run an errand, and I will then stream as long as my wrist will hold out.
HOW TO REQUEST A SKETCH:
I have a buffer of 10 request slots. When I finish the buffer I will be looking for new requests at these places in this order:

WHAT I WILL DRAW:
Almost anything!
Any Wasted Talent thing (Jam, Trevor, Flitzybon) is your FASTEST bet
Any animal you like or other cute thing... I love drawing this.
There are some RULES:
Rule #1: If you want me to draw YOU, YOUR PET, YOUR OC, or a SPECIFIC CHARACTER, you must include A REFERENCE PICTURE with your request. You can include a link, or attach the picture WITH your request (preferred - but this will only work on twitter, FB, and tumblr reblogs.) If you don't include reference or I can't access your reference, I will skip your request until the next round and you can submit again.
Rule #2: KEEP IT SIMPLE. Again, I want to draw AS MANY as possible, so I reserve the right to pass if it's too complicated. Too many characters/people, too complicated a scene, a complicated mech... don't try to "challenge" me XD... I'm going for speed here.
Rule #3: This is a G-RATED STREAM. BE NICE. If you, personally, are not nice I reserve the right to skip your request. If your request is not G-rated or "too specific" (you know what I mean), I will skip your request.
The rules are for SPEED so hopefully they aren't too complicated. I really want to draw for you! :)) Let's have fun today!

Okay! Hello everyone! I committed to a Friday update before I realized that this Friday was Remembrance Day and it's a little bit... not appropriate to be working on Remembrance Day/to be selling on Remembrance Day... so I'm going to keep this as short as I can.
Big first week on Kickstarter, thank you so much for everyone who has backed already. We are so so so close to goal, so I have to keep pushing a little bit harder to get to that goal minimum that I need to make these books happen. Because as you know Kickstarter is an all or nothing thing.
The extreme edition sold out and I've been thinking really hard about what I can do for people who were unable to get in on that tier but still want a custom sketch -- so here's what I'm doing: tomorrow-- all day Saturday-- tomorrow I will be broadcasting live sketches. So if you want a sketch, if you want to custom sketch-- maybe you didn't get in on the extreme tier maybe you were backing at a digital level-- I'm there for you.
I'm going to be making custom sketches.
Just go to Picarto.tv/Jammyness -- I'll have a link here in the description and I'll be making custom sketches! So that's about it. I think I will do an update later on originals since the original tier also sold out but there is a way for you guys to get originals if you want. Add $80 to your pledge and I will send you a randomized original... but I want to do a little bit of a video update on what those are like. But again! It's Remembrance Day, I want to keep it short.

Thank you, thank you, everyone THANK YOU!!! I was anxious going into this because I never really know what to expect but I've been blown away by your support and I'm so profoundly grateful to the response you guys have had to the conclusion announcement.
The extremes are GONE. I knew they would go fast and I'm really sorry to anyone who wanted that tier but couldn't nab one in time. Fifty extremes is already 100 bookplates I need to customize so it's VERY tough for me to expand that tier. That being said, I'm thinking of alternative ways people can get a custom sketch, stay tuned!
There are so many things that can happen in this campaign and we are just getting started. I'm so excited to share upcoming updates about the books you're helping get made, and news about what I want to tackle post WT. I'm committing to one BIG update every Friday here on KS for the duration.
I'll be taking a bit of a break tomorrow since I'll need to catch up on Real Work (and also, uh, I think there will be other things going on), but I'll be back on Wednesday when the first comic of The End posts. Wasted Talent's Ending will be posting twice a week throughout the campaign.
